Unfortunately (and what I'm sure you don't want to hear) is that the "Send License Key" option for the programs that require it (Elements and Painter) is only if you lose the email (or it gets intercepted by spam software) PRIOR to your Software Selection and Download. Once you've selected and downloaded it, if you've lost the keys (in this case due to reformatting) clicking on the "Send License Key" option in the Downloads area won't help you, as you've already selected and downloaded the programs. Yes, I agree it totally sucks; I wasn't real thrilled about that either.

However….

Having said that, if you downloaded Photoshop Elements and registered it on the Adobe site, then all you need to do is to login to your Adobe Account and click on "My Products", you'll see the registered program along with its serial number. That's one great thing about Adobe; as long as you buy directly from them or register your stuff, they maintain a record of it. I've got stuff going back 11 years on the Adobe site.

It's the same with Corel Painter Sketch Pad; if you registered it on the Corel site, all you need to do is to login to Corel.com, and view your account; under the "Your Products" panel is a link for "View Registrations". Your registered program and its serial number will be shown there.

If you didn't register either of them, there's unfortunately not much you can do except spring for new copies. Wacom is essentially acting as a distributor of Adobe/Corel programs, not a vendor, so they're not in the license/serial number business past what they initially provide you, which comes from Adobe and Corel anyway.

I really hope you have better luck with your tablet; the Intuos4 is such a cool tablet to use.

It's a bug having to do with inconsistent line-endings. Windows ends things in CR/LF;

Mac with CR and Linux with LF (though I possibly have that backwards).

First, find out from your brokerage IF you would be permitted to trade options (some brokerages will have special requirements). If so, then make sure you know what has to happen when an option comes to its end–some brokerages, and this is critically important, automatically exercise an expiring option. You don't want that. If an option expires unexercised then you limit your risk and liability. This way you never lose more than you put up, you don't bet the farm. With options you are just playing with real profits (calls in the money, as in above the striking price, or puts in the money, as in below the striking price), or potential profits (puts and calls out of the money, selling on anticipation). It is a sort of low-overhead way of trading stocks. There are naked calls, if permitted, where you sell an option when price is rising and buy it back (to cancel) just before it expires when the option itself becomes worthless. There are dividend plays (the owner of the stock owns the dividend), where the price goes up before the announced cut-off for dividends, then falls after the dividend ex-date (doesn't always happen but often enough people look for these). For instance, a few weeks ago Lockheed was quite a bit cheaper than today. Instead of shelling out about 8-9k to watch it go to almost 10k, you shell out around 1k, but see it go to 2-3k in the same time. Interested?
